Tips for a smooth family day

  • Start at 7:00 AM — kids do better before the midday heat, and animals are most active.
  • Pack water, sunscreen, hats and swimsuits (no food allowed inside — eat before or after).
  • Bring a change of clothes for the beach.
  • Keep snacks hidden until you leave — monkeys and raccoons will try to grab them.
  • The park is closed Tuesdays.
