Private Concierge is a fully custom day built from Wakoo’s private tour catalog — Manuel Antonio National Park V.I.P., Corcovado, Damas Island, or our Wildlife Photography Experience — coordinated end-to-end by our team. Your private tour guide and vehicle are reserved exclusively for you, and we handle restaurant reservations between activities so you’re never scrambling for a table.
It’s a curation service on top of the private tours Wakoo already runs in Manuel Antonio. Instead of you picking one tour and figuring out the rest of the day yourself, our team builds the itinerary, locks in your private guide and transport, and reserves the restaurant — one point of contact for the whole day, start to finish.
Private Concierge is a curation fee of $45 per person, per day, added on top of the private tour(s) you choose. It is not a separate tour price — it’s what it costs us to plan, coordinate and run your custom day.

Manuel Antonio National Park entrance is $18.30 for adults and $5.65 for children, set by SINAC. It’s included in the V.I.P. tour above and confirmed at the time of booking. Our $30 Classic Group tour is not part of Private Concierge — it already runs at group price and doesn’t need curation.
No. A private tour reserves your guide and vehicle for one activity. Private Concierge plans your entire day across multiple activities — the itinerary, the restaurant, the timing between them — with one person accountable for how the whole day runs, not just one tour.
